Alber Elbaz a manifesté son génie pendant 10 ans au service de la maison Lanvin. A chaque collection, l'étonnement est à son ncomble et on se demande si unjour il sera possible de cpnnaître tout de l'âme dégentée du créateur talentueux. Un talent qui s'expose dans le musée boutique et des créations comme des oeuvres d'art. Encadrées, elles ne demandent qu'admiration.

Merci à Lanvin de rendre les femmes et les hommes plus beaux!

Hello everyone, I really wanted to apologizes, I'm a little late with my blog fashion tour, but at the moment, I'm overwhelned by revisions and other stuff.

So, today, we are going to London, one of the fashion's Capital in the world!

In London for shopping I love to go to Camden LockMarket; it is great for quirky t-shirts and jewelry. I bought a gorgeousturquoise and silver ring from there. It is also a very inspiring place becauseeveryone is so bold in there dress sense. I also go to Oxford High Street ofcourse for a bit of indulgence in being a chain shop clone especially at theTopshop nail bar. Portobello Market is a great place to go if your ever in thatarea. I've never been at full swing but the stalls are great for vintagejewelry and other finds and there are some sweet boutiques on the high street.

Somerset house is where all the street stylephotographers and models hang out. After you've been there before you noticethe famous backdrop in many a photo like on streetpeeper.com. Also the V&Amuseum is great for fashion students; at present they have a ballgowncollection showing which is mind-blowing and there are always great workshops, coursesand lectures from designers and artists.

Today is the fourth edition of my blog fashion tour. I asked Ivette, a blogger and stylist sets in Bulgaria.

When in Sofia ….just have fun

Hi everyone! My name is Ivette and I’m a freelance stylist and a fashion blogger in Bulgaria.

When Amelie asked me to write a post about a few hype places in my city I thought it would be a great opportunity to share my favorite places with you guys.

This is my guide to places you must check out if ever here – starting from shopping to partying.

1.       There are several very cool second-hand boutiques in the city center – Ecru (link: ecru shop), Ultra (link: Ultra), Sedgwick (Sedgwick) and many more cute small shops on the same streets.

2.       If you like quirky handmade accessories – be sure to check out Zona Urbana (link: http://www.zurbana.com/index_en.htm) or the ChickShop (Chickshop).

3.       For an early evening cocktail you can stop by OneMore Bar (link: OneMoreBar) and Toba&Co Bar (TobaCObar) or if you are more of a beer kind of person – this would be your place – Ale House (Alehouse)

4.       Party star? Be sure to check out the best rock club in town – Rock’n’Rolla (rocknrolla), or the funnest – Amsterdam (http://www.baramsterdambg.com/home.en.html). I’m not a big fan of house music and I can’t really understand if a track is good or not, so I’m not suggesting any clubs that play this kind of music. I’ve heard that Yalta (http://www.yaltaclub.com/) is good though.

5.       Believe it or not – we have summer festivals here. Pretty good ones, too. For rock fans – Sofia Rocks (becbg). For all kinds of music fans – Elevation (Elevation) – it had a wind problem last year, but we are all crossing our fingers thing be ok this time around. And the all time classic, the pearl of summer festivals, the only reason why I’d ever consent to sleep in a tent on the beach – Spirit of Burgas (spiritofburgas). I attended last year and simply fell in love with the atmosphere. No need to say – I’m going this year, too.

Is that Autumn?

Il semblerait que le mauvais temps ne s'attarde sur la France : pluie, nuges, grisaille, vent et températures basses! A peine nous étions-nous mis à l'heure de l'été qu'une brise qu'automne souffle déjà? En parlant d'automne, que nous on réservé les créateurs?

Ma première séléction de l'automne-hiver 2012-2013 se tourne vers le talent de l'incroyable et surpenant Albert Elbaz de la maison Lanvin.

Il semblerait bien que le style Preppy aura résisté la saison d'essaie de 2011-2012 et s'impose beaucoup plus affirmé en 2012-2013. De même, le pourpre revient au sommet des tendances avec un brin chic et intemporel : le trench!

Enfin, j'ai craqué sur la petite fantaisie de la maison : une robe longue à traine aux motifs amoureux, amoureux comme nous le sommes de LANVIN!

Notre cher Karl Lagerfeld fit en direct sur France 2 une critique très vive de la tenue de la Reine à l'occasion de son jubilé. En effet, il a affirmé l'idée qu'une cape blanche mettrait beaucoup plus sa figure en valeur. Pour mieux se faire comprendre, il a effectué sous nos yeux ébahis un croquis de ce pour quoi selon lui, la Reine aurait dû opté.
